I purchased this product a few months ago to add a chatbot to my website. It has always worked flawlessly, never a single issue. I did experience some difficulty with the integration and finding the settings I needed in the management pages, but with a bit of patience, everything can be found.

When they integrated the AI assistant, I was initially a bit disappointed because I couldn't get it to understand how I wanted it to respond, and at that moment I deactivated the feature; a week ago I tried again, gave it brief instructions on how to respond, and now it's perfect.

I'm very satisfied with how it responds and its overall performance. Highly recommended.
