We are already pulling deep insights from survey data with little to no effort. The Matrix report alone has made this a great purchase. But after being talked through the more advanced abilities to interact with and deepen our understand the feedback responses we are getting (only one of the scenarios we are planning on using ChartPixel for) we are confident we can align our offer messaging with our ideal customer base. This may not mean much unless you have had to sift through survey responses and manually create your insights - hours and hours and hours.
