Problems are multiple and one after the other.. First, document uploading for the creation of custom AI, then document uploading to models available individually also does not work, then then models like Claude block when using them together with e.g. GPT. not saying that customer service is not quick or willing to help, just that after a while i don´t feel like reporting things anymore. Not at this level. Uploading documents for me is something that should be checked before publishing a product, not on customers. Also as a side note, falling behind on latest releases from Llama, or Mistral.
