Q: Sometimes it stuck & doesn't work at all...
A lot of time... it shows typing when I add query. Nothing Happens. Need to refresh and need to use new chat... etc
Possible reasons:
You are preventing users to send more queries (May be cost cutting)
Its a bug you are aware of

Of course we tested. Sometimes it becomes stuck when the number of concurrent connection reach higher.
