Q: Installation Issue with Template Directory Pro and Unresolved Support Ticket
The Template Directory Pro cannot be installed, there is a bug. Despite assistance from our provider, we have not succeeded. We created a ticket on 02/03/25 and have not received a response to date.

Team AIT Themes, a few questions: 1. Do yo have a changelog? 2. You might have mentioned it, but how much is support after the 12 months? 3. How often are new themes released? 4. Do you have a roadmap? 5. Do you have a free theme? If so, is it in the Wordpress theme repository?
A: The changelog is available in your dashboard. Support renewal is currently $39 but will change as we continue to extend our offerings.
We have exciting releases planned this year, though details are not yet public. The theme enables unique layouts, with starter templates provided, while most updates come through accompanying plugins.
We maintain an internal roadmap and share monthly updates...
