Wow a lifetime deal but only 12 months support included. First time I see this on AppSumo and am surprised why it's not clearly mentioned in the product description. I found out in the Q&A section.

I think you might want to repackage the deal for AppSumo users to include lifetime support as well. When you indicate premium support it makes no sense at all.

To give a practical example say I update the plugin or other plugin that comes with this deal after 12 months (since updates are lifetime) and my site breaks, then what am I supposed to do if I need help and support? Pay exxtra for support ? Does not make sense...

Again every lifetime deal purchased on AppSumo includes lifetime product updates and support. Perhaps you can add $25 to this deal and include lifetime support as well?
