Q: Ok.
So just to clarify, this is an unlimited LTD mapped to your annual plan. It will only be in English focused specifically on US Law. People can upload their own contracts to have them analyzed and clarified for better understanding. You can use the templates already created and provided to be edited and sent to be signed. However...You cannot create your own template for a typical specific contract for your business that would be easily repeatedly used with edits for each recipient. Also, you can only send a contract to a single recipient to be signed? Let's say I'm in the music industry and I'm a beatmaker/producer/vocalist/musician collaborator where the contract may need to be signed by more than one party in agreement with royalty splitting, for example. Does this mean I couldn't create templates for various scenarios that could be easily edited and sent off for more than one person to sign? Would it help if an artist got a label contract and needed to upload it to have it simply and clearly explained in detail so they fully understood the meaning of what they were signing? Would it be encrypted and private? What do the signees need to do to digitally sign? Would their digital signature have a full audit trail where it would hold up in court?
