Q: Why is your branding all over the place??
I purchased your product to try it out, but I have some serious concerns about the way it operates. When I send a document to a client for signature, your logo is prominently displayed in the email, and your contact information is included below for client inquiries. Additionally, you require my clients to create an account with your company, after which they receive your marketing materials promoting your services.
This approach feels intrusive and unprofessional. My intent in using your service was to facilitate document signing—not to subject my clients to unnecessary account creation or marketing from your company. Unfortunately, this workflow is not acceptable for my needs, and unless these practices are changed, I will be requesting a refund.
