Q: Sorry but TIER 1 is Useless.
Hi Looks good but the limits on searches/reports etc is painful !! - I signed up to Download PDF reports and its not available. Why? Also I've done just 2 Searches in discovery and token count shows 21 used ! (There are 3 RESULTS and 2 duplicates in the clickanalytic.com/reports ! Finally I cannot Use Tracking, Outreach, Gifting or UCG on level 1 Tier - So absolutely pointless getting code ! I understand Tier structures but give us some crumbs on Tier 1 please. Every other SAAS I've bought has so much more even at tier 1. Thank you. (Adding 10% charges should also be disclosed !)

akwasiI looked at the deal earlier and when i saw the limits I looked away. Tier 1 limits are ridiculous and don't make sense at all. I think you'll find most Sumolings will find it hard to use the tool with such low limits.
