A: MCC (My Client Center) is like a master Google Ads account that lets agencies or marketers manage multiple Google Ads accounts from one place.
Instead of logging in and out of each account, you can access all of them under one roof.
It’s especially useful if you're managing ads for multiple clients, like we do at ClickMoat. We connect your account to our MCC so we can monitor, optimize, and...
I'm a bit confused on how this can be a viable solution for agencies. First, it's 15 ad accounts but 10 websites - which doesn't make sense. Every ad account will be running ads to a landing page or website - so we need the number of websites to match the number of accounts.
Can you explain why we have 10 websites as a limit here?
Specifically, if we're running all 15 accounts ads to a website or landing page, then how can we use this to protect them all?
Second Question: As an agency, we have more than 15 client accounts in our MCC. But your top tier is only 15 ad accounts - can we stack multiple tier 3 licenses?
Thank you for clarifying. If you put these details into your sales page/updated the deal, I think you'd have a lot more traction in appsumo.
1) You're absolutely right. This was an oversight in how we structured our package. For all AppSumo customers, we will automatically extend protection to cover all websites associated with your 15 ad accounts - up to 15 websites total. We'll be updating our AppSumo page to reflect this correction.
2) Our Tier 3 plan on AppSumo actually supports unlimited client...
This is awesome! You definitely need to update the sales page with this info.
One other question: I have 15 available ad accounts - and only use 1 of those for my MCC account, wouldn't I still be limited by 15 websites? If yes, can I stack more tier 3 codes?
Also, is the website installation/protection mandatory for ClickMoat to work and block fraudulent clicks?
1) Our Tier 3 protects ALL accounts under your MCC structure without limits. The 15 ad account limit applies only to non-MCC accounts. Yes, you can stack Tier 3 codes if you need more website protection.
2) Yes, our tracking code must be installed on your websites to identify and block fraudulent clicks - it's essential for ClickMoat to work effectively.
Q: Meta and TikTok Protection?
Hello ClickMoat team,
most of our marketing budget goes to Meta and TikTok but I found no functionality on this on your platform (I purchased highest tier). What is the roadmap on these?
Moreover, there is no support widget nor email I could reach once logged into the platform (that's why I'm asking for help here), and I actually have a problem with the approved country list or banned countries, as there is an empty dropdown menu but no country can be selected. is it this an incomplete feature to be released any time soon or a bug?
A: Thank you for your feedback and for supporting ClickMoat at the highest tier. To clarify, Meta Ads integration is already 80% complete and partially functional — we’re working to finalize the remaining components shortly. TikTok support is not currently part of our existing roadmap, but we appreciate the suggestion and will consider adding it based on user demand. You can track our progress...
Q: How will this affect an owner IP or virtual assistant from being block testing their ads or training their Chatbot
Blocking By owner's IP
Blocking By owner's Device ( mac address)
Nirav_ClickMoat
Apr 25, 2025A: Based on protection rule if its comes under that it will block that user.
but we have feature called "Whitelist IPs" this feature allow you what you needed
means if you add any ip(you can add multiple), will not get blocked so it will let you test or train chatbots.
