Q: Account Question: MCC & Limits

I'm a bit confused on how this can be a viable solution for agencies. First, it's 15 ad accounts but 10 websites - which doesn't make sense. Every ad account will be running ads to a landing page or website - so we need the number of websites to match the number of accounts.

Can you explain why we have 10 websites as a limit here?

Specifically, if we're running all 15 accounts ads to a website or landing page, then how can we use this to protect them all?

Second Question: As an agency, we have more than 15 client accounts in our MCC. But your top tier is only 15 ad accounts - can we stack multiple tier 3 licenses?

Thank you for clarifying. If you put these details into your sales page/updated the deal, I think you'd have a lot more traction in appsumo.

A: Thanks for your questions :

1) You're absolutely right. This was an oversight in how we structured our package. For all AppSumo customers, we will automatically extend protection to cover all websites associated with your 15 ad accounts - up to 15 websites total. We'll be updating our AppSumo page to reflect this correction.

2) Our Tier 3 plan on AppSumo actually supports unlimited client accounts under your MCC structure. The "15 accounts" limit applies only to individual accounts outside of MCC. Any agency with an MCC will get full protection for all their client accounts with one purchase.

We're updating our AppSumo page with these clarifications right away. Thank you for helping us improve!

This is awesome! You definitely need to update the sales page with this info.

One other question: I have 15 available ad accounts - and only use 1 of those for my MCC account, wouldn't I still be limited by 15 websites? If yes, can I stack more tier 3 codes?

Also, is the website installation/protection mandatory for ClickMoat to work and block fraudulent clicks?

Thanks for your feedback !

1) Our Tier 3 protects ALL accounts under your MCC structure without limits. The 15 ad account limit applies only to non-MCC accounts. Yes, you can stack Tier 3 codes if you need more website protection.

2) Yes, our tracking code must be installed on your websites to identify and block fraudulent clicks - it's essential for ClickMoat to work effectively.
