Q: Code not working

Hello,

I purchased 2 codes but i am getting only 2050 credits instead of 4000 and no seats instead of 1. When i log in to closely, it says upgrade to use a seat when i have already purchased a seat in plan 2.

Can you resolve this asap?

Q: Who can I contact for Lisence issues - No one seems to get back to my 4th email written?

I have send 4 Emails with a lisence issue, I am experiencing, I bought 2 * tier for 4K so (8k credits in Total each and my account shows 4K, I need to have the additional tiers show up on my Account. Please can someone get back to me ASAP thank you.

Q: Getting restricted from LinkedIn

Hey Alex,
I'm using closely campaign as per the guidelines and within the LinkedIn recommended 20 requests per day, still I'm getting restricted & thrown out as LinkedIn is detecting automation.
Is there any way forward?

I am just starting out with LinkedIn campagnes for my business and my customers business, If I have 3 customers, do I need 3 Codes? => one code per LinkedIn account? How can I grow down the line?

A: Hi there!
For 3 accounts, you need 6 codes. 2 codes = 1 account. You can always purchase more codes later on, when you'll need more accounts.
