Q: Account safety
Hi! The last bunch of reviews are all 1 star reviews die to accounts getting banned from linkedin. Based on your responses this seems to be due to an update of linked in policy/rules or something (so understandable). My question is, how are you currently ensuring account safety. And how are you handling future linked in changes to ensure our accounts stay safe?

May 15, 2025A: Hi there,
We’d like to assure you that account safety is one of our top priorities. Over the past four months, we’ve hardly received any support inquiries related to account bans, and we have been monitoring LinkedIn's updates closely.
We constantly keep our platform up to date with LinkedIn’s latest policies and rules. Any changes from LinkedIn that could impact account safety are reflected in our system, and we adjust the actions accordingly to ensure our users are always compliant.
At this time, we recommend using only verified LinkedIn accounts for automation. Additionally, we’ve created a helpful guide to safeguard your LinkedIn account, which you can find here: https://help.closelyhq.com/en/articles/8363884-safeguard-your-linkedin-account.
