Q: Are there contact storage limits or outreach sending limits?
The main difference between the plans seems to be the credits, which if I understand correctly are for finding contact information. But once you have contact information is there a limit on how many contacts can be stored or how many linked in messages and/or emails can be sent per month?

Yes, you are right, the credits are used just for finding contact information. There is no limit on how many contacts can be stored or how many LinkedIn messages and/or emails can be sent per month.
