Q: Questions Regarding Software Features and Pricing Plans

Hello, I am interested in your software and have a few questions. Is your software, including the backend, available in German, and is the program compliant with data protection regulations in Germany? Additionally, I would like to know if the credits are really reset monthly or if certain functions in the lifetime deal are one-time only. I saw an older page of yours on AppSumo where credits were not replenished monthly. I want to make sure about this with this message. Are there any features that are not included in Tier 2 that are available in the monthly subscriptions? And are there any features in Tier 2 that are behind an additional paywall? Currently, our tool is designed with English as the default language. At this time, we don’t offer the option to switch to German.

>Is the program compliant with data protection regulations in Germany?
At Closely, we place great importance on safeguarding your privacy and data. We fully comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of data protection and security.

>Are credits really reset monthly, or are some lifetime deal features one-time only?
Yes, the credits in our lifetime deal are renewable and refresh every month.

That’s correct! Our very first deal worked differently. However, with the current active deal, credits are indeed renewable and reset each month.

>Are there any features that are not included in Tier 2 but are available in the monthly subscriptions?
Yes, the feature, like Appoint, are not part of the Closely deal but are included in our subscription plans.

>Are there any features in Tier 2 that require an additional payment?
If you’re interested in using Appoint, it does require an additional activation code as it isn’t included in the lifetime deal. All other Closely features don't require any additional payments.
