Just checking how the data here is stored for leads in ContactButton. Can you shed some light on where /how it is stored especially for users in the EU?
If I stack 5 codes and purchase the unlimited websites options, with the intent on using these on my client websites if needed - are my clients able to log in and adjust their own button with a separate login, or does it all go through my account?
Would REALLY love to see some sort of option for this! Thanks!
A: Yes, we recently added the ability to invite users to workspaces to do exactly this. You can invite people via the Team link found in the bottom navigation menu.
The only thing to keep in mind is that the feature doesn't work for inviting existing users (yet).
I am curious about the data collected by a form. Is there an option in the back end to export the form data that is collected for each submission? I want people to be able to request a call back and choose a date within the form (date picker) - and then in the backend view the entries and export them out (CSV).
A: This is all coming in March. Today, you can send form submissions to a service like Zapier by adding a Webhook URL in the form setup screen. Exports aren't available via the dashboard, yet.
I see that the apps allow us to use brand colors - BUT it looks like this has to be manually done for EACH one. You need an option in the back end to select global brand colors that will be used through all the app. Will you guys consider adding this in?
Can multiple buttons be placed on a page (WordPress), and can certain pages of a site use different buttons?
Also - I am interested in being an affiliate and possibly a partner. This looks promising!
A: 1) Haven't considered creating a brand color setting as most customers don't add more than 12 apps and typically use different colors for each. That said, some do use the same color for all the app icons, so I can see how this could save a little bit of time. Will consider adding it into a Settings tab in a future update.

I really wanted to like this offer. Right away, I purchased five codes. Now, I am considering refunding them all. I tried to use the map button to embed on a website and it is not as straightforward as I would have preferred. I don't want to spend hours having to learn the software. How does this differ from AnyChat which I've had since 2023 and now see the progress that they have the same abilities under their unlimited agency option and it's white labeled?
A: Hello - Thank you for the feedback. I fully agree that the maps app could use improvement, especially the embedded map option. It's on the roadmap for next quarter to integrate with Google Maps APIs to give it a more native look and feel.

Q: From Data / Backend Export
