Q: Can you please clarify
1 - Can we synchronize contacts from iOS (phone contacts), or is it only compatible with Google and Outlook?
2 - Is this an all-in-one solution to sync all contacts and telephone numbers from our phones? 3 3 - If we have multiple email addresses, how would that work if we want to sync everything into one place?
4 - I'm thinking of Tier 2 - what does "20 users" mean? Is every email considered to be one user, and how do the teams work?
5 - Finally, can you please clarify this? "3 import contact accounts (Google and Microsoft)"

May 24, 2025A: 1. To sync contacts of phone, first need to import contacts from the device to contactBook.
2. Import from device feature is useful to get contacts from device to ContactBook.
3. You need to purchase the license for each email address. I.e. if you want to share the contacts with 10 users then you need to purchase subscription for 10 users.
4. Yes, 20 users means you can share the contacts with 20 users.
5. You can import the contacts from the 3 different sources. It is not a sync but you can import the contacts to contactbook from your Google and Microsoft accounts.
