Q: The Tiers should differentiate in limits but not in features. Any change to give Tier 1 all features instead?

We’ve designed our tiers to align with the real-world needs of different user groups — from freelancers to small teams and agencies.
Tier 1 includes all the core functionality to manage contacts effectively. However, advanced features like Private Notes, Storage for Attachments (10 GB), Reminders, and Extended Activity History (6 months) are included from Tier 2 onwards.
This structure helps us keep Tier 1 accessible while ensuring that users who need more collaboration and depth can opt for higher tiers. We’ve tried to strike a fair balance between value and sustainability, especially with this being a lifetime deal.
We truly appreciate your feedback, and we’re always listening. If we see enough demand for certain features in Tier 1, we’ll definitely reconsider.
