Hi

Just wondering why I am unable to add a client if not company is selected? I work for residential clients so mostly don't need to add a Company. How can I quickly add a client and then invoice directly?

A: Thank you for your question. I didn't think about that. As an immediate workaround you can use client name as company name. so on the invoice is will show up as

Client company
name: John Doe

But i see your point, I think by Monday I'll be able to make necessary changes to use either/or

Q: Time tracking features ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ

For your time tracker, can the admin enforce screenshots for logging time?

The timing of screenshots is random, but is there a rough estimation on how frequent they are?

Do you have fraud detection features? Like detecting abnormal behaviour, mouse jigglers, external hardware mouse jigglers, identical screenshots etc.

Does the time tracker have an auto pause feature after a certain amount of inactivity?

Assuming yes - can we modify the inactivity period? Once the pause occurs, does it remove the associated inactive time logged prior to the pause or does it keep the inactive time logged?

If screenshots are deleted by the admin or employee, does the associated time get removed too?

Do you consider the time tracking features to be suitable for professional use in its current state, for hourly paid work that depends on the accuracy?

First of all, thank you so much for those detailed questions

- Screenshots are roughly inside 10-minute intervals.
- Fraud detection features are in the Roadmap for around mid-july
- Same goes for inactivity.
- Time deletion is still manual.

To sum up, time tracking is suitable for professional use, but with some level of trust to your employees.

Q: Customer Portal and Seats

Hi there-

Does Corcava have a customer portal? I am looking for a solution that will allow me to onboard customers, have a place to collect files from them etc.

What is considered a "Seat" is the users like employees or Clients? If Clients are intended to log in.

Unfortnunately we don't have a customer portal, but that's in our plans. I'd be grateful if you gave your opinion on how to build it.

Seat is employees. Clients can login but client users aren't counted towards the limit.
