My company currently uses Salesforce as a comprehensive case management platform. Its primary purposes are:
Managing Referrals – Accept, decline, re-refer cases.
Handling Client Cases – View contact info, session notes, history.
Recording Activity – Log notes, sessions, assessments, time.
Sending Communications – GDPR-safe emails and internal posts.
Submitting Reports – Risk, safeguarding, discharge, RFAS.
Tracking Progress – Monitor case status, outcomes, and surveys.
