Hello thank you for your question. \u000a\u000aUnfortnunately we don\u0027t have a customer portal, but that\u0027s in our plans. I\u0027d be grateful if you gave your opinion on how to build it.\u000a\u000aSeat is employees. Clients can login but client users aren\u0027t counted towards the limit.

What is considered a "Seat" is the users like employees or Clients? If Clients are intended to log in.
