Q: Analytics

Hi there, in your replies to questions, you mentioned "incredibly detailed analytics".

Could you provide examples of that and tell us how we can turn them into action based on the analytics? It would be great if you have a video guide or a tutorial with visuals to explain how we can do something in response to the analytics.

The more practical examples, the better it is for me to understand the usage.

Thank you.

A: Hi Sumo-ling, thanks for reaching out!

By “detailed analytics,” CutMe Short specifically has a 2-page analytics dashboard with lots of key metrics to look into. A few examples include:
1. Hour-wise click count – This helps you take action after seeing at what hour your audience engages the most.
2. Weekday-wise clicks with device filters – You can check when your mobile or desktop users are most active.
3. Peak performance card – You can look at this to find your peak audience time, so next time you can share any link when your audience is most active.
4. Click prediction – Based on your last 5 days of click data (minimum 1000 clicks), it predicts the next 48 hours, so you know in advance the best time to share your short link for maximum engagement.

We totally agree that a video guide would be super helpful — we will be working on it and will share it very soon.
