I use CutMe Short all the time when I need to send a link to a customer. Works great and its easy to use .

Be careful!

Gautam, the founder of this product, has made explicit promises to previous buyers that he now has no intention to keep. If you were promised all features to be included in your LTD plan as I was, you were lied to; you won't get them.

When getting in touch with Gautam to help with the vision of the product and feedback, I was told that they were developing a second tool that would merge perfectly with CutMeShort, but to not be worried, that ALL the new tool features and updates would be included in my already made purchase.

⚠️ Founder wrote to me and I quote:
"yes, CaptureIQ and all its features will be included in the CutMe Short LTD" (...) "We can’t thank you enough for considering the maximum investment with three codes. Rest assured, this will be a great future-proof investment, giving you lifetime access to both CutMe Short and CaptureIQ, along with all future updates and features."

☝️ THIS IS A WRITTEN CONTRACT. CAN YOU COMPREHEND THIS?! IF YOU MADE THE MATH WRONG OR YOU JUST WOKE UP ONE MORNING AND DECIDED TO SCAM YOUR CLIENTS, IT'S YOUR PROBLEM, NOT OURS. YOU'VE COMMITTED TO IT IN WRITING!

"We accept in the beginning on this year we were assuming CaptureIQ to be inside of CutMe Short but over the months of development that product will be for totally different use-cases."
☝️ A PRODUCT WE INVESTED IN EARLY HAS IMPROVED??! WOW. SHOULD WE BE IMPRESSED BY YOU DOING EXACTLY WHAT WE EXPECTED AND PAID FOR?

And:
"All features related to CutMe Short like A/B testing, redirection rules, etc. will remain part of the CutMe Short LTD deal as promised."
☝️ NO, THIS IS NOT ALL THAT WAS PROMISED, SO STOP LYING AND HIDING INFORMATION.

And:
"For CaptureIQ, we’re planning to offer a special plan exclusively for LTD users, so you’ll get access without missing out."
☝️ THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING US TO INVEST MORE IN A DECEIVING AND DISHONEST PRODUCT ADD-ON WE WERE TOLD IT WAS ALREADY INCLUDED IN OUR FIRST INVESTMENT!

Once more, a dishonest agreement comes from a founder who lacks credibility and is unable to keep his promises.

I'll be reporting this scam behavior to AppSumo shortly and advise you to do the same if you've also fallen into this trap.

NO. I will not go back with any of my sayings, but I will add one: MANIPULATION.

At any point, and anywhere, you've mentioned that you would give "a code" to CutMeShort LTD users. BUT NOW THAT YOU MESSED UP BIG TIME, you had no alternative but to do this!!

The only statement made was that you "were going to present us with an offer to CaptureIQ". No codes, no access, nothing free!!

So you've been LYING so far as much as you can, but with so many inconsistencies, you had to start a new narrative!! This is what deceptive and scammy people do! Yes!

But even so, let me guess the future: you'll launch a new product with 4-5 codes and unfortunately for you, now you'll have to hand over the bottom of the barrel to us, so you'll send a little 1 code for us to have access to a "trial" with limits that can't keep up with users that have purchased a CutMeShort TOP TIER, just for us to shut up. Still, the best is still coming; I haven't even started... 👇👇👇

Do you truly think that you promising to separate into a new "high-tech" platform without giving us full top access is some kind of a good thing?!

You haven't been successful with your 1st product yet, NOT EVEN CLOSE, and you're already jumping into a new shiny thing!! Once CaptureIQ gets released, CutMeShort will have ZERO development and ZERO care !! We're sitting in a dead product already, and here you are, still behaving as some kind of savior and serious person.

WE'VE SEEN THIS 1 MILLION TIMES AND THE RESULT IS ALWAYS THE SAME: ENDING WITH A DEAD PRODUCT NOT BEING ACTIVELY DEVELOPED BECAUSE THE FOUNDER USED THAT MONEY TO PAY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE NEW PRODUCT!

Stop trying to be the smartest person in the room, because you're not. Try to be honest instead and make things right, and/or assume your fault, refund everyone's money, and go away.
