How large is your company, and how many people work there?

How many workspaces are included in the Tier 3 plan, and what is the cost for additional workspaces and extra Conversations per Month? Are there any future fees I should anticipate, and what integrations are included?

I’ve seen comments about issues with WhatsApp, Telegram, and Facebook Messenger integrations. Can you provide updates on these?

Also, can I use eg. zuche.ai for hosting a CX Genie chatbot? Is this feature included in the Tier 3 plan? Lastly, do you offer scraping features to convert content from my site to PDF for import into CX Genie?
