Q: Workflow and protection

I need a bot where u can asq Q#s and another with s flow of messages like a follow up. For example welcome message and Video 1 on day 1. Input 2 on day 2 etc. Is that possible?

2. Q: Can i also trger thridparty things? For example if someone wants to book an appointment. Can i set it up that the bot chacks google calendar and book a date? Or create an individual PDF offer?

3. Q: Is it possible to protect a bot? So If i want this to be a knowlegebot on Telegram for example and i only want registered or payin users to use it, How can i manage this? Is there a tokensystem or else?

4. Q: If i purchase tier 3 how can a client manage his own account? If he logs in, does he have the same dashboard only with his own bots and can i as the admin controll everything and see how many convs he used?

1. You can create a workflow to follow up using the following components: Message with actions, Customer feedback, Form Submit, Frequently Asked Questions, and Capture Customer Info. These allow you to set wait times and send messages. However, please note that sending videos directly via chat is not yet supported. 2. You can insert your calendar link in the training data so that when a customer asks to book a meeting, the bot will automatically provide the booking link.

3. We don’t have restrictions for bot knowledge yet, but this is a great idea! We’ll look into it for future updates.

4. If your clients only need chatbot access, you can add them as bot members. However, if they need their own workspace, you’ll need to purchase additional ones.

5. Currently, updates are turned off, but you can start by purchasing 50,000 extra conversations per month for $20/month. You can cancel this subscription at any time.

I want to set up a feature to create an individual plan for example. Can i give an output in form of text or pdf?

What exactly is the chatbox access for clients? What can he do there? Can he set up all things by himself? And what can he not do?
This is a crucial feature for whitelabel. If i get a client i want him to manage his account without seeing other accounts.
Can you explain that a little more?
And can i see how much conversations wich bot has used per month?
