A product that saves you time and improves your customer service.

I had been looking for a product that would solve all my needs for a long time.

I sell Notion templates, and I often get questions about my products, how to use Notion, and report bugs about the templates.

I needed a product that could connect all the messaging accounts I have and also have a web page with the support chat, and this was the best solution I found.

It has the option to grow your knowledge base and can also update the frequently asked questions based on what your users ask.

The support they have is very good, they help you solve any doubts or problems you may have.

Something I like is that they are constantly improving the product and adding new features.

Without a doubt, this product is saving me a lot of time in answering those questions that I was asked every day, and having a better quality of customer support.
