Terrible company to work with
I’ll start by saying that sadly I refunded my purchase despite the fact that this product is the one most similar to Intercom I’ve seen yet.
So why the refund?
The team. Oh my god where do I start.
Onboarding- after activating my account it shows trail all over the place. The response I got - after the trial it will resolve itself.
I didn’t pay to wait 14 days to have the problem resolve itself.
I booked a call with the team - they were 20 minutes late.
I asked a question about an email channel and got doggy answers and a “thank for the opportunity to
Improve”.
For a company aiming to provide great customer experience you have a lot to learn- when someone asks a question, answer the question. I don’t care how grateful you are for the opportunity to improve.
Thanks, but I’ve seen enough to know that my money is best spent elsewhere.

We aim to ensure every customer has a smooth and satisfying experience. If these limitations are a dealbreaker for now, I completely understand your decision to pause and revisit in the future. We’d rather have you come back when our product fully aligns with your needs than risk providing you with a subpar experience.
