Q: First impressions and questions on adjusting response quality through targeted prompts and personalisation

After initial tests, I find the impression quite delightful and could imagine using it.
However, the Sales, Support and Generalist people provide far too unspecific answers straight away. Some documents that I have uploaded and the stored domain initially refer to content, but not to the persona. There is an input field which I can fill in: is this to be understood as a prompt in which I can give precise instructions for the response behaviour of the AI? Will there still be freely definable persons that I can describe precisely in terms of content so that the quality of the response will be correspondingly high?
