Q: Maximum file size is 1MB?
That seems to be very limiting, i cant even find files with less size to upload from my knowledgebase....
Can that size limit be increased?

While we do have size limits for uploaded files, it’s worth noting that CXAssist is optimized for training using text-based content, which generally doesn’t require large file sizes. Text files, even for extensive knowledge bases, are usually compact and should fall well within the supported size.
If you’re encountering issues, we recommend:
Converting non-text files (e.g., PDFs or images) to text format for smoother training.
Splitting large documents into smaller sections and uploading them separately.

Thanks Mark - yes, text files is all I was trying to upload, also sent tech support request, I know it was the holidays, but I was getting spinning wheel of death on "training" process with no end to it, wnt back - deleted all files, and its still spinning
