I love the 'Playground' aspect because then I can try writing things that my clients would ask and see what CX Assist is likely to reply. I'm already loving it! If I can figure out how to get it to include emojis in message replies that would be worth 10 tacos! haha :D. Thanks CX Assist! Highly recommended! 1 tip for anyone wanting to buy - ensure you add all your newsletters/promo subscription domains and emails so your bot doesn't reply to all your newsletter spam. Good learning curve for me though! Love it so far. A+
