Very good plugin, a lot of options, the ability to enter your own CSS. All nice, but:
1. the option to change graphics does not work - if we have the same file displayed several times on the page, the plugin change only the first occurrence,
2. dumping CSS when we comment something with emoji,
3. lack of support - for one question I got an answer after a week, for another (answer to previous mail) I got no answer at all. Pity.
Unfortunately, I can't afford solutions without support. And I know it's only a few dollars, but efficient support is really important. It's not even an option to pay that $10 extra for annual support.
