Hello, I would need some pre-purchase information: With DeftForm, can fields be activated based on previous choices? Can PDFs and image documents be uploaded? Can I send the data to an external web server as soon as completion is finished? Can fields be validated with regex? From what I understand, with just 15 euros I can get 5 forms and these are functional and usable forever? Even with the 15 euro offer, can I send emails? Thank you.

Not sure what you mean here. But you can add images to your forms.

I don't understand the question about the 15€. You can create unlimited forms with the AppSumo deal, you don't have to purchase additional forms.
