Disappointing Experience – Poor Support & Unreliable Platform

I’m really disappointed with the support experience. As an AppSumo customer, it’s clear they don’t prioritize us. Despite scheduling a call this morning and waiting over 15 minutes, no one showed up. Initially, they were responsive via WhatsApp, but once they saw I subscribed through AppSumo, the communication completely stopped. They haven’t replied to any of my follow-up messages.

The platform itself also has several issues. The task management system lacks essential features. I tried inviting clients using the "client" role, but they didn’t receive any notifications or instructions on how to access Desklog. At this point, I have no idea how they’re supposed to track project progress.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this tool. Save your time and money.

As part of the onboarding process, we had already conducted a demo session with you. The delay with the second demo—requested using the same invite link—was due to a technical glitch. Since the link was reused, it caused confusion and resulted in an unintended 15-minute wait. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.

As an AppSumo user, we only recommend reaching out to us through our ticketing system or through emails for dedicated support. This allows us to efficiently track and resolve your concerns. Please note that our WhatsApp channel is primarily reserved for initial sales conversations with direct leads.

Regarding client access: Desklog currently allows you to add clients under specific projects for billing and reference purposes. However, client access is limited to users who are added to Desklog as registered users. If needed, you can create a new role (e.g., "Client") and invite them that way.

That said, based on your valuable input, we are actively working on enhancing this feature to offer proper client login access in upcoming updates.
