I have a very specific use case for this sort of app, helping me identify automation opportunities. I needed app and url tracking primarily and the team hooked me up after installation. I've tried numerous logging apps on the market and have had trouble getting this type of report in a csv but DeskLog does the trick (though I'd like to get it a monthly instead of just daily app activity report...but I can combine them for now). Interface is solid, there is a little bit of latency in the app but there's also a lot going on in the dashboard so it's not a problem.
