Q: hi, i just purchased tier 2
It says that i have 2400 credits, but it doesnt say if they will be refreshed, do i get credits every month or not??? Do i need to use the plugin on the wordpress or can i simply use it without plugin?? are any benefits on using the plugin??? you said you will be making few changes, does that mean that you will also provide the new tools to existing sumolings purchases or only new purchases?

There are no more daily or monthly limits for all Tiers.
The new deal is credit-based.
For Tier 1: You’ll get a one-time allocation of 720 credits that never expire (equivalent to 12 months of credits from our existing Basic plan).
For Tier 2: You’ll get a one-time allocation of 2,400 credits that never expire (equivalent to 12 months of credits from our existing Advanced plan).

Yes, but we added a massive chunk of credits that never expire. We’re giving you 12 times more credits upfront than regular monthly subscribers receive. Normally, a user has to pay a subscription fee every month to keep using credits. But Sumo-lings don’t have to pay monthly fees, and they can use their credits whenever they want—no expiration date!
bfrye26PLUSTo me this feels very similar to the issue you had previously. One time use credits makes the deal useful for a year unless the buyer buys more credits to keep things going. it would make much more sense to give an allotment each month that renews, so the LTD lasts for the lifetime, with it possible to buy more if needed. This way in 12 months you are basically stuck unless you buy more.
