Q: Hello, I purchased DijiBot on May 22, 2022.

The original implementation was a great two or three use tool for me! I need to use DijiBot again, however, I am unable to access as you have continued to improve the product (including a new log in process). How can I gain access to my purchase again? The customer support email at the time I purchased was dijibot@yandex.com - is there a new one? Thank you for a great product and continued support. Tal White

You can Register at dijibot.com/register, then define your licence in your account with your purchase code.

Thank you for your quick response! I was able to easily re-register with your new front end. However, I was unsuccessful cloning a website. I sent an email with details, screen shot, etc., over the weekend to the new support address: dijispin@gmail.com. Please take a look and let me know what I may have done incorrectly.

Thank you for assisting with setting up the bot for the clone. Unfortunately, only 10 of ~ 1,000 posts were pulled into the XML export file. I was able to successfully import the 10 into a staging site. Any assistance appreciated (I did email dijispin@gmail.com with the issue as well). Again, thank you for your quick responses.
