Yes. Our tool works on rendered outputs. If a website is built with oxygen, you can copy elements from the displayed web page. Then, you can paste the output code into Elementor as raw HTML/CSS and use the components there.
We are working on better integrations with Elementor and other website builder tools so the copied code works much better in the editors.
