Q: Chat Labeling / Response Triggers
Hi! I have a question about how this works.
Let's say I have a WhatsApp number that is both personal, and business, and I sell different products for different audiences.
Is there a way to label each contact, so that it triggers different workflows and AI prompts/settings, or even disables AI responses (if it's a personal contact for example) or if the lead already converted, for manual responses only?
Also, will I be able to continue to use the WhatsApp Business app, or will all my WhatsApp communications be through DM Champ?
