The tool allows us to answer frequently asked questions from guests 24/7 without any staff intervention. Setting up DM Champ was surprisingly straightforward; its user-friendly interface and intuitive setup made it easy to go live quickly.

One of the standout features is the ability to upsell products and services when guests reach out. We can now promote upgrades, breakfast packages, upselling rental bikes or late check-outs directly in the chat, and this has already started generating extra revenue.

As the owner of multiple businesses, I need to constantly keep my marketing strategy sharp and improve it. DMChamp performs great. We manage a lot of inbound traffic through the tool, and customers experience the bot as extremely human-like, leading to natural interactions. The power lies not just in the fact that there are few good bots out there, but this one is so good that people aren't on their guard and experience the interactions as authentic. Moreover, the costs are low. On average, a dialogue with a customer costs only 30 cents (3 credits for 3 questions and 3 answers), with a large portion converting. Conversion for us means that we make both low-cost and high-cost ticket offers, but also that we can schedule conversations, which neutralizes high appointment setter costs. Where we used to get emails, we now have automated conversations via WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger. Responding within 24 hours was reality but it has literally become 36-40 seconds. The conversion rate is increasing tremendously due to this speed. I'll send another update with our latest learnings in 2 months!
