1: I only need 3 marketplaces, not 2, not 5. Is that possible?

Answer- The current AppSumo tiers offer set quantities (2, 5, or 10 marketplaces), so unfortunately, having exactly 3 marketplaces isn’t available at this time.

2: Any AI features on the roadmap, and mobile app?

Answer- We are actively exploring new technologies, including AI enhancements, but no official launch dates have been announced yet. The mobile app is also in the pipeline, and we hope to introduce it soon.

3: Who provides technical support to the vendors for their store setup, Dokan or the admin/marketplace owner?

Answer- Technical support for vendors’ store setup is generally provided by the marketplace admin/owner, while we offer documentation and general platform support to marketplace owners who purchase the subscription, if any technical issues arise on the marketplace.

4. Can we run a combination of affiliate products/links in a store, our own products, and allow other vendors to join the same marketplace?
