The attractiveness factor is crucial for selling products on e-commerce today. People often judge trustworthiness, maturity, and other qualities based on how visually appealing a website appears. Currently, the template view is not optimised for mobile devices. While the templates look attractive in advertisements and screenshots (which is why I purchased the deal), in reality, there is excessive white space, the text is too much on the left side, and they do not convey a mature or professional appearance. I sincerely hope this issue can be addressed soon.
