A: 1) You can enable hiring-manager permissions for jobs if you like. Flipping this switch will mean that any user who isn't an owner will only be able to see jobs (and candidates for those jobs) where they are marked as the hiring manager. There is no approval process for this, it just turns on or off.

In a related note, for clients we do have the ability to enable approvals when they post jobs. This means your team can approve/deny any job post before it goes live.

2) The internals of the site (job management, candidates, etc), are only customizable for your clients with your name and logo via the white-labeled portal. This is different from the public or candidate-facing part of your portal, which is highly customizable.

3) Dropboard is cloud-only for deployment.
