5. Seems like coupons are activated automatically. Can this be changed to manual?
6. Accounts are "created" via email confirmation. a) Do they need to confirm via code every time when login? b) When account is created it is not shown in the dashboard.

1. How to change the URL (slag) of the product?
- You can't currently, but will add the support to set custom URL for product/category soon.

2. My store is a dropshipping and my partners send products however, your apps makes me to use shippo
- You don't have to activate Shippo in this case, you can chose self-delivery/self fulfillment.

3. The dashboard works very slowly on Safari MacBook (message:This Webpage Is Using Significant Memory/Energy on Safari)
- Could you please share a video on support@mydukaan.io and we will look into this.

4. How Abondon Cart works. I made a failed order on purpose and I didn't get any emails. Can we change the sender email (SMTP)?
- Abandoned cart is work in progress, but yes - you will be able to configure the SMTP and send emails from your own domain, create automation, edit email templates etc.

5. Seems like coupons are activated automatically. Can this be changed to manual?
- Yes.

6. Accounts are "created" via email confirmation. a) Do they need to confirm via code every time when login? b) When account is created it is not shown in the dashboard.
- No, your login will be persistent and OTP is required just on the registration (which soon will not be required)
