The SaaS is definitely a good investment!
Positive:
- Nice saas to have
- Definitely user friendly
- Process is simple
Negative:
- Too basic, and not a shopify challenger.
- Templates too limited and summarized to ecommerce only. Need to and should extend to real estate. Add more premium templates or allow owners to use their own.
- Nowadays the world is not limited to English or other few language only. I require my dashboard and the users' end be in their languages without having to translate chrome because it does not give the best of the translation. Add a plugin or give us an opportunity to translate our own portal. I need French at the dashboard and at the end users.
- Payments method are limited to stripe, paypal, and COD. My clients use mobile pay and similars.
