My rating is a bit random as I was unable to get things to work immediately after launch, did not get a solution from dukaan support so gave up. I cam back now in the hopes things were improved. But looks like the same underlying problems persist. You might be better off offering less, detailing exactly what you are and what you are not, rather than trying to compete with the worlds largest competitors and not being able to keep up.
