Q: Interested in dynosend but

Fist of all the software looks good, just a quick question about the tos, if there is a situation when a user accidentally violates the tos even by accident, do you send a warning or it is an instant ban? I am afraid to instant lose my license.
I understand that it is importent to follow the rules but there can always be a case when there are accidents, especially when it comes to email marketing some software allowing things that others don’t.

We understand that mistakes can happen, and we do not punish users for unintentional violations of our terms or policies. Our focus is solely on those who deliberately violate them in a way that causes significant damage. In such cases, we do not issue any warnings.

Additionally, account termination is only possible within the 60-day refund period. After that, we can no longer terminate a user’s account, even in the event of a terms violation.

If you are not using the platform for sending cold emails or spam, there’s nothing to worry about, as we take everything else very lightly.
