Q: Questions:

-to confirm i can build a custom form and embed into a wordpress site? do you have the option of wordpress shortcode like ninja forms so I can use my own wordpress form design but embed the fields with a shortcode linking to your tool?
-for automated mailers is it possible to create > customer signs up > automatically send a lead magnet like PDF to them? and create different automations like this on different website pages so I can send out different automated lead magnets?
-can we connect our own domain for from and send address? if so how many can we connect?

A: Hello,
Thank you for your questions.

1- You can create unlimited web forms and integrate them using our WordPress plugin, however, you cannot customize the fields in WordPress, you can only do so in Dynosend, which gives you enough styling settings to customize them however you like.
Currently, the plugin supports Elementor for both legacy forms and our new custom form builder, as for short codes, we are working on an update to also include the new web forms.

2- You can add the PDF URL in the form settings under the "redirect after submission" section to allow automatic downloads upon form submission. Additionally, you can set up an automation to send an email whenever a new contact is added to your audience. While our new custom web forms feature launched this month, automation triggers for individual forms are not available yet—but they will be rolled out in a few business days.

3- Yes, you can connect your own domain for the "From" and sender address. Dynosend requires a custom domain for sending emails, and you can connect as many domains as you want.

Please do let me know if you have any more questions.
Thank you

- if my site uses gutenberg and not elementor will the forms work with your plugin or is it only working for elementor?
-makes sense on the pdf work around
-based on your TOS for my use case of using lead magnets on my site and getting sign ups that way and sending automated emails could your platform block my profile if these sign ups who receive an automated mail bounce over 10%?

reason being is it is hard to predict how these new sign ups will react, even if they sign up to get a lead magnet like a pdf they could always change their mind after and bounce or they could provide a fake email for sign up or if I send them a newsletter later they could bounce too. How does your tool take this into consideration ?

We don’t have a plugin that integrates directly with Gutenberg, but we are working on shortcodes that should work with it. Additionally, if you can add HTML to your pages, our forms will work perfectly since we provide an HTML integration option. You can try our 14-day free trial to see if it fits your use case.

Regarding our TOS, we typically don’t terminate user accounts unless there’s clear intent to send spam. If your leads are obtained legitimately, you should be fine. The termination clause only applies to Sumo-lings during their 60-day refund window. After that period, we will not terminate your account under any circumstance since refunds are no longer possible.
