Q: Support email

2nd support email I have sent using your form on your website and I have not received a confirmation email as outlined on the submission form. Nor have you replied to my previous email. I am concerned about the one Tacco reviews I am seeing and consistent issues across both users in relation to your bounce rate and lack of warming up. Please can you respond to me by email.

This section and our website's contact page are not reserved for customer support, and we prioritize support requests to resolve issues quickly, since your email was a question about the product, we must have missed it, sorry about that. All product questions should be asked in this section.

The one Taco reviews were unfortunate, it would have been fine if we asked other Sumo-lings for reviews which would've been positive, but since these came in first, it is the only thing that anyone sees now. There is always gonna be cases of users abusing our product to send spam emails, and complain when facing the consequences, so this cannot be avoided .

You can go ahead and start a 14 day trial for yourself to judge the bounces if you have a clean email list and try the product overall.
