Hi I’m interested in this tool for my small business. I have about 30,000 contacts I’d like to send messages to. How many messages can I send per day without issues if I were to use something like Twillio or Plivo?
Would I need to purchase a lot of phone numbers in order to do so with my volume of contacts ? Also does the tool it’s self send to this many contacts and automatically cycles between phone numbers in my account so not too many go out from one particular number ??
Lastly how many contacts can one user have in their account max ??
A: Thanks so much for the question. First, we don't control it, your gateway (Twilio) controls the limitations. Our tool doesn't have any limitations on how many contacts you can have in your account. As for messaging, it is wise to drip your messages out so that the carriers don't block them as spam. I am based in Canada and don't require 10DLC registration for what I do, HOWEVER, some of my clients are US-based. Assuming they don't want to register a 'toll free' number and want to use 10DLC, how does the registration process look like on THEIR END?
Do I need to manually register all of them via Twilio? or does ETM have a way to automate this process as well?
A: Great question. For texting in the US there is no “automating the process” unfortunately. Each individual client must be registered in their gateway like Twilio or Telnyx. Great question. In our tutorials we show how to create packages where you can provide them numbers under your gateway. That said, you do still have to pay attention to the compliance laws and rules for the country you’re texting into. Hope that helps 😊

A: Our platform has forms in it that can collect name email phone number so you can invite our form on your website and then utilize a Web hook to pass the data over to your platform. The other option is you can use our API to pass the information using Zapier or Pabbly from your system to ours if you’re familiar with APIs
