Q: Does it work in Africa (Nigeria)?
I have a list of over 1000 numbers (+234) for my church and clients and it's still growing. Can you guarantee that I won't face any issues using your platform?
I haven't used any bulk sms platform with such tools like yours and I'm aware I have to use Twilio to get a number before sending.
I'd also like to know more about the Chatbot Agency license.
1. What model does it use? 3.5, 4.o mini, etc.
2. Does it have a client portal so my clients can set up their chatbots?
3. Does it have limits on messages sent and received?
4. What type of messages can be sent while using the chatbot on Facebook Messenger, Instagram DM, or website? (audio, text, video)
5. Does it only use OpenAI or it can use other LLMS?

May 20, 2025A: Great questions. I don’t know what you mean by ‘can you guarantee that I won’t face any issues…’ We have people in Africa using the platform. Yes you will need to get a number from Twilio and make sure it’s valid with money in the Twilio account to connect to our platform.
